Professional biography
Jonathan Oldham is a Partner in the Banking and Finance practice in the Melbourne office of Mallesons Stephen Jaques. He acts for sponsors and financiers, specialising in structured finance, general corporate finance and project finance, including public private partnerships and infrastructure projects.
Jonathan has advised in relation to financial restructures, workouts and general insolvency matters.
In 2007 he acted for Multinet Gas Holdings Group on its $335 million senior bank debt and $700 million capital markets refinancings. He also acted in relation to the Dampier to Bunbury Pipeline's $1.1 billion secured senior debt refinancing and subsequent capital expenditure facilities.
