John Waters is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution group in the Melbourne office of Mallesons Stephen Jaques. He specialises in all aspects of corporate litigation, including contractual, product liability and trade practices claims, media and defamation.
John acted for Australian Hospital Care in proceedings against the Victorian Government concerning Victoria's first privatised public hospital service. He acted for Daily Mail Group in Federal Court proceedings alleging breaches of the Trade Practices Act and defamation in relation to a "bogus letter" campaign against DMG.
