Professional biography
Lisa Huett is a partner in our Melbourne office where she specialises in competition law, consumer protection, product liability and privacy law.
Lisa has advised extensively in relation to trade practices law matters, including preparing responses to ACCC investigations, advising on the general trade practices implications of clients' proposals and conduct, and reviewing pricing and supply arrangements.
Lisa frequently presents seminars and workshops on trade practices issues including the implications of proposed trade practices reforms and the enforcement powers of the ACCC.
Lisa also provides advice on privacy law related issues, including assisting clients implement marketing campaigns which comply with the Privacy Act 1988, Spam Act 2003 and Do Not Call Register Act 2006, as well as preparing privacy policies dealing with the collection, use and disclosure of personal information.
