Professional biography
Michael Allen is a Partner in our Sydney office where he specialises in major property projects and developments with an emphasis on mixed use, tourist, industrial and urban development projects. He is a leading authority on airspace (stratum title) projects, planned communities, strata and cluster titles, community titles and strata leasehold titles.
Michael has 20 years of experience in strata and community title law and practice. He has acted for developer, institutional, finance and government clients. Michael has also acted as an adviser to other consultants (including solicitors) in the property development industry and been involved in formulation of land law.
Michael is nominated in the area of Real Estate by Chambers Global Guide 2009 and is also recommended in Asia Pacific Legal 500 2008/2009.
Chambers Global Guide 2009 describes Michael as "one of the best titling experts in the country".
