Mark Darian-Smith

Mark Darian-Smith is a senior dispute resolution partner in the Sydney office. He has had extensive management experience within the firm. While the predominant jurisdictions in which he practises are the Supreme Court and the Federal Court, he also has extensive experience with the resolution of disputes outside the court system.

Mark specialises in advising on major infrastructure, construction, joint venture and M&A disputes, commercial contracts, telecommunications, trade practices and torts (including defamation). His experience includes conducting major strategic commercial litigation for a wide variety of clients including those operating in the electricity, resources, telecommunication and construction industries.

Mark has been named as one of Australia's leading commercial litigation lawyers in Euromoney's Guide to the World's Leading Litigation Lawyers.
