Professional biography
Michael Lundberg is a partner in the Dispute Resolution team in the Perth office of Mallesons Stephen Jaques. His practice includes advisory work and litigation in relation to energy and resources disputes, joint venture disputes, schemes of arrangement under the Corporations Act, defamation proceedings, intellectual property matters and complex industrial and employment matters.
Michael has represented clients in a broad range of commercial and corporate disputes, including arbitration proceedings and complex litigation in both the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the Federal Court of Australia.
Michael has practised as counsel in a range of matters, undertaking trial work in most courts and tribunals in Western Australia and appellate work in the Supreme and Federal Courts. He has acted for various resource sector companies in connection with mine safety investigations initiated by the Department of Industry and Resources and related matters involving the Freedom of Information Act.
