Moira Saville is a partner in our Sydney office, where she specialises in dispute resolution in the areas of product liability, professional indemnity, insurance, defamation and royal commissions / special commissions of inquiry.
Moira has acted for clients to resolve a broad range of commercial disputes, including product liability claims, contractual disputes, defamation and copyright, claims against professionals, insurance, public liability, trade practices claims and equity matters. She has also defended clients in regulatory investigations, as well as two special commissions of inquiry. In recent years she has specialised in managing large and complex litigation matters for clients.
Moira appeared before the special commissions of inquiry into the Waterfall and Glenbrook rail accidents. She also acted for defendants to the breast implant class action litigation.
