Professional biography
Mark Weber is a partner in the Melbourne office of Mallesons Stephen Jaques where he specialises in information technology, defence and aerospace contracting.
Mark has extensive experience in the development and negotiation of agreements for the acquisition and integration of information technology, software development and ASP arrangements. He has acted on a large number of major IT and business process outsourcings and has advised clients on some of Australia's largest recent defence and aerospace projects.
Mark's practice includes advising clients on sourcing / procurement strategies for major technology projects. He has written and spoken widely on the issue of good sourcing practice and tender process liability.
He has been recognised as a leading individual in the area of TMT by APL 500 2008/2009 and recommended by Chambers Global Guide 2009.
