Professional biography
Nicole Heller is a partner in our Brisbane office where she specialises in information technology, telecommunications, outsourcing and intellectual property. Nicole's experience includes systems development and systems integration agreements, software licensing, IT and business process outsourcing agreements and general procurement.
Her expertise extends to government agreements, including Government Information Technology Contracting, distribution agreements and tendering, including government tendering and probity. She also has experience in e-commerce agreements and advice, including site establishment issues, on-line contracts and content licensing.
Nicole has acted on copyright, trade mark licensing and structuring matters and has advised on IP and IT issues in relation to complex commercial transactions.
