Paul Cargill is a partner at our Sydney office where he specialises in providing advice to participants in Australia's energy and resources sector. He has also acted for power developers in the Asia region and for various regional governments.
In 1999, Paul was nominated by Euromoney as being one of the world's leading Energy & Resources Lawyers for excellence in Asia Pacific. In the 2000 edition of Legal Profiles Mallesons Stephen Jaques was listed as the premier law firm for the Energy & Resources sector and Paul was included as one of the leading practitioners in this area.
Paul was nominated as a leading individual in the Euromoney Guide to the World's Leading Energy and Natural Resource Lawyers 2001.
In the 2001-2002 edition of Legal Profiles, Mallesons Stephen Jaques was listed as the premier law firm in the areas of Energy and Resources, and Paul was included as one of the leading practitioners in both of these areas of law.
