Professional biography
Philip Pan is a partner in the Dispute Resolution team in our Brisbane office, where he practises in banking, commercial and property litigation. He has over 15 years' legal experience specialising in insolvency, corporate recovery and regulation, property, and banking and finance disputes.
His experience includes appointing and acting for liquidators, receivers, scheme trustees, administrators and trustees in bankruptcy, acting for banks in workouts and enforcement of securities and advising on all aspects of banking and insolvency law.
Philip has acted for all major banks and accounting firms. He also acts for major landlords of retail and commercial premises. He acted for ANZ, NAB and CBA in the workout of the Parmalat Group, including advice on international insolvency and fraud matters.
