Professional biography
Peter Pether is a Construction Partner in the Property, Construction & Environment Client group in our Sydney Office, specialising in construction and engineering projects. He has extensive litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution experience in the construction, engineering, resources and infrastructure project sectors. Peter also works in the negotiation, documentation and administration of major construction and engineering projects.
Peter is the Practice Team Leader for the Mallesons Property Construction and Environment Team.
Peter has been nominated as a leading individual in the area of Construction by PLC Which Lawyer? 2009, Chambers Global Guide 2009 and APL 500 2008/2009. Peter is also included in The International Who's Who of Construction Lawyers and Who's Who Legal 2009.
In the 2009 edition of Chambers Global Guide Peter was recognised as "one of the best lawyers in Australia" and "a no-nonsense litigator who does not mess around". He was also nominated as a leading lawyer in ALB's Guide to Construction Law 2009, where he was named as an "exceptional lawyer and a top strategist".
