Professional biography
Robert Hanley is the Partner in Charge of the Mallesons' London office. He is a key member of the M&A practice team with over 25 years of experience assisting corporate clients under both English and Australian law.
Robert's clients include leading corporations, investment banks and lawyers throughout Australia and Europe. He has advised on foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, rights issues, IPOs and other fundraising activities, private equity as well as restructurings and financings.
Robert has acted for Ruukki Group, Consolidated Press Holdings, Ellerston Capital, Crown, Arctic Capital, LogicaCMG, Stockland, CSR, Valad Group, REA Group, Terra Firma, Macquarie Bank and AMP.
Robert is admitted in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and the ACT (Australia) and in England and Wales. He is listed in The Legal 500 2008 for Europe, Middle East and Africa.
