Professional biography
Simon Clarke is a partner in our Hong Kong office. Simon has extensive experience in conducting complex commercial litigation and managing legal teams in multi-jurisdictional actions. Simon acts for listed companies and directors in all contentious regulatory disputes, investigations and disciplinary matters, including takeovers and mergers, SFC investigations, Stock Exchange disciplinary proceedings and Insider Dealing inquiries.
Simon has recently acted in a number of well publicised corporate collapses and international commercial fraud cases. He has advised parties in connection with asset freezing and recovery actions and the international implications of commercial crime.
