Professional biography
Scott Gardiner is a Partner in the Banking and Finance team in our Sydney office, where he specialises in infrastructure and Project fFnance transactions.
Scott has advised on a number of PPP/Infrastructure projects including the Royal North Shore PPP, the Melbourne Desal PPP bid, the Mater Hospital PPP and Long Bay Prison Hospital bid, the Cross City Tunnel financing, the Lane Cove Tunnel bid, the Eastern Distributor andthe M2 Motorway projectand the Pyrmont Light Rail financing.
Scott has also acted on a range of projects in the energy and resources sector, including the acquisition of the Flinders Power Station from NRG, the development of the Braemar Power Station, Lake Bonney Wind Farm and the Tipperary coal seam methane project. Chambers Global 2008 mentions his prominent role in Infrastructure and Project Finance transactions and he is recommended by PLC Which Lawyer? 2009 in Project Finance.
