Susan Hilliard is a Partner in the Sydney office of Mallesons Stephen Jaques where she practices in the Corporate Advisory group. She specialises in mergers and acquisitions and restructures, capital raisings, public company work and securities law generally.
Susan has a significant public profile in securities law generally, funds management and capital raising transactions.
Susan is regularly asked to deliver and contribute papers on directors' duties, fundraising and the regulation of investment products. She is also a guest lecturer for the Sydney LLM Corporate Fundraising course.
