Professional biography
Stephen Jaggers is a partner in the Mergers and Acquisitions practice in the Canberra office of Mallesons Stephen Jaques, specialising in corporate and commercial advisory work.
He assists financial services industry participants in structuring innovative investment products including managed funds, warrants and investment platforms. His other main focus area is assisting the Commonwealth government on major procurements and funding programs.
Stephen's practice includes advising on M&A transactions and corporate governance issues and assisting foreign clients to establish business operations and offer financial products in Australia. While based in Canberra, Stephen regularly works from our offices in Sydney.
