Sue Kench is a Partner in the Sydney office of Mallesons Stephen Jaques where she specialises in property investment and development. Sue acts for institutions, developers, investors and banking clients and her work includes acting on property sales and purchases, leasing, property finance, development agreements, joint ventures, partnership agreements, sales and leasebacks and general property and commercial advice.
Sue Kench has been listed as a leading individual in Commercial Property/Real Estate in Chambers Global Guide 2009, Asia Pacific Legal 500 2008/2009, PLC Which Lawyer? Yearbook 2009 and Best Lawyers International (Australia) 2009. She has also been named a Best of the Best 2009 Real Estate lawyer in Euromoney's Legal Media Group publication.
