Professional biography
Steven Christopher is a partner in our Hong Kong office. He has been based in Hong Kong since 1991 and prior to joining Mallesons in 2005, was head of the Asian Banking group of a major international law firm. Over the past 18 years, Steven has developed a broad debt-financing practice across the region. His experience includes advising on leveraged loans, acquisition finance, real estate, telecommunications financing, debt restructurings, trade and receivables financings, asset financings, debt securities, acquisition finance, loan syndications, and project finance.
