Tim Bednall is a Partner in our Sydney office where he practices in mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory and competition law. Tim has advised a number of leading companies in major M&A transactions (including BG Group, Xstrata, ASX, Stockland and Westpac) and a range of government, public and foreign clients in competition law and policy.
