Tim Warman is a partner in the Mergers and Acquisitions practice in the Perth office of Mallesons Stephen Jaques. He specialises in oil and gas, energy, resources and general commercial matters.
Tim has worked in London and Paris as well as in Perth. His experience includes drafting and advising on local and international sale and purchase agreements, joint ventures, commodity and product sales, gas supply, gas transport and power contracts.
He has advised petroleum companies including Chevron, ConocoPhillips, West Australian Petroleum, Total, Woodside Petroleum, ARC Energy, Genting Petroleum and Pelsart Resources on matters including negotiating and preparing documentation, pipeline and production title financing, title bidding, farm-in and joint ventures, production sharing agreements, unitisation and overriding royalties.
