 Professional Biography

 
  • Andrew Clements is a Partner in the Melbourne office of Mallesons Stephen Jaques where he specialises in tax with an emphasis on capital gains tax, consolidation, imputation and international tax work. His practice concentrates on corporate tax, together with the tax consequences of dealing in intellectual property rights and with the taxation treatment of the funds management industry. He also has extensive experience in relation to both the tax and legal issues associated with employee share schemes.

    Andrew is recommended by Chambers Global Guide 2009 and commentators "have always found his work to be of a very high standard." He has also been nominated as a leading individual in Tax by APL 500 2008/2009.
