 Professional Biography

 
  • Anne Ellison is a Special Counsel in our Sydney office, specialising in property development, commercial acquisitions, retirement villages, infrastructure projects and construction contracts. Anne acts for developers and sponsors on the development of major properties and infrastructure projects.

    After qualifying in Scotland, she practised for ten years on major shopping centre, office and industrial projects and leasing transactions for large British financial institutions and investors.

    Anne concentrates on residential development projects, joint ventures, project financing, structured titles and government infrastructure projects. This work has included the acquisition of development projects, joint venture and financial structuring, construction contracts, sales contracts and project due diligence for banks.

    Anne has also acted on a number of government related infrastructure deals, involving long term leases from government, design and construction contracts and facilities management contracts.
