Beau Deleuil is one of the firm's Managing Partners responsible for the Dispute Resolution group as well as client and markets. Beau has been a Managing Partner since February 2012 and is currently based in the Sydney office.
Prior to his appointment, Beau was the Partner in Charge of the firm's Perth office, working in the national Dispute Resolution team and providing assistance on contentious and insolvency-related matters to large corporates and clients in the financial services and property sectors. Beau specialises in commercial litigation, with a particular focus on insolvency, banking, professional indemnity and competition law, including pricing, access and regulatory matters.
Beau has taken lead roles in a wide range of significant insolvency and commercial litigation matters. He has acted in continuous disclosure prosecutions, energy and resources matters, internal and external fraud investigations, access and regulatory claims and claims and prosecutions and proceedings under trade practices legislation.
Beau has been recognised as a leading individual in insolvency, restructuring and litigation by a range of publications, including IFLR 1000 2008 and 2009, Chambers Global Guide 2008 and 2009 and Best Lawyers 2008 and 2009. He is a long standing member of the firm's Practice Excellence Committee and also sits on the firm's Partnership Admissions Committee. He appears regularly before the Superior Courts and is a mediator accredited by LEADR.
