 Professional Biography

 

  • Joshua Cole was a partner in our Melbourne office who is now working as a registered foreign lawyer in Hong Kong where he practises in mergers and acquisitions and general commercial law.

    Josh has advised on a number of international acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures across a number of industries, including telecommunications, banking and finance, FMCG and energy and resources. Josh also provides advice to corporations and boards on corporate governance matters and directors and officers duties.

    He received the Highly Commended Award in the Deal Maker of the Year category of Australian Lawyers Weekly 2010 ICON Awards.
