  • Joseph is a partner in our Melbourne office working in the Corporate Group.

    Joseph's practice primarily involves general corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on working with public companies in a range of areas such as securities offerings (including employee equity programs), mergers and acquisitions (including mergers and corporate reconstructions by scheme of arrangement, takeovers and trade sales), corporate governance and strategic advice.
