 Professional Biography

 
  • Kate Mills is a partner in our Sydney office, specialising in dispute resolution and corporate advisory work. Kate regularly advises companies and officers and represents clients in a range of commercial matters, corporate governance, commission and regulatory investigations and enforcement actions, and class actions.

    Kate is the author of Lexis-Nexis looseleaf services on directors duties and regulatory powers and investigations.

    Kate is the co-ordinator of the King & Wood Mallesons' Human Rights Law Group which undertakes a range of advocacy and advisory work in relation to human rights.
