Roger is the practice team leader of our Dispute Resolution team, with responsibility for our disputes teams in all of our Australian and overseas offices. Based in our Perth office, Roger has many years’ experience advising on contractual, commercial and corporate disputes, corporate restructurers implemented by means of schemes of arrangement, competition and infrastructure access disputes and public law. His clients span the financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing and resources sectors.

Roger regularly contributes to the firm's quarterly publication "Class Action". He has been recognised as a leading litigation and dispute resolution practitioner in the current editions of the Chambers Global and Legal 500 legal directories.
