  • Scott Gardiner leads the national Energy, Resources and Projects practice where he oversees the firms performance across the oil & gas, energy & utilities, mining and infrastructure sectors. Scott specialises in energy & resources law with a particular emphasis on project development and financing, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and restructures.

    Rated as one of Australia's top project's lawyers, Scott led the firm's teams on recent landmark transactions and projects including the acquisition and project financing of the Tasmanian Gas Pipeline, the Alinta Energy Deleveraging, the $1.5 billion acquisition of DP World's Australian ports business, a bidder on the Australian Government's Solar Flagships program, the acquisition of the Flinders Power Station from NRG, the development of the Braemar Power Station and the Lake Bonney Wind Farm (stages I & II).
