 Professional Biography

 
  • Vishal Ahuja is a partner in our Sydney office. He specialises in advisory and transactional work relating to utilities (with a focus on energy), infrastructure access, competition law, climate change and major projects.

    Vishal advises a range of clients including private industry, governments, regulators and market operators in respect of access regimes, energy regulation, project contracts, renewables and transactions.

    In energy, this has included privatisations, listing of infrastructure funds, complex ACCC clearances, restructuring, energy retail contracts and compliance and the latest round of major reforms in the electricity and gas markets. This work has included extensive advice on the National Electricity Rules.
