Administrative Decisions Tribunal Amendment Act 2008 No 77 (NSW)

• Sections 1–3, 5 (1) and 6 and Schedule 1 [57] and [58] commence on the date of assent to this Act (25 June 2008).

• Schedule 2.2 commences immediately before the repeal of the Administrative Decisions Tribunal Rules (Transitional) Regulation 1998 by section 5 (2).

• The remainder of this Act commences on a day or days to be appointed by proclamation.

Building Professionals Amendment Act 2008 (NSW)

• Schedule 1 [1]–[3] [10] [18] [20] [22]–[32] [35] [43] and [49]–[52] and Sch 2 [3] [8] (except to the extent that it amends secs 46 and 65) [10] and [11], commenced on 1 August 2008.

• Sch 1 [4] [6] [8] (except to the extent that it inserts sec 5A (1) (c)) [9] [12] [13] [15] [16] [19] [21] [33] [34] [36] [37] [39] [42] [47] and [48] and Sch 2 [8] (to the extent to which it amends secs 46 and 65) [9] (except to the extent to which it inserts the definition of unsatisfactory professional conduct of a building professional in sec 19) [12] [15] and [16], commenced on 3 November 2008.

• The remainder of this Act commences on a day or days to be appointed by proclamation.

Workplace Health and Safety and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2008 (Qld)

• Part 4 is taken to have commenced on 28 October 2008.

• Part 2, other than sections 8 to 11, 15, 16(1), 22 so far as it inserts section 170D(c), 23 and 28(2) so far as it inserts the definitions provisional improvement notice and qualified workplace health and safety representative, commences on 1 January 2009.

• Part 3 commences on 1 January 2009.

• Sections 8 to 11, 15, 16(1), 22 so far as it inserts section 170D(c), 23 and 28(2) so far as it inserts the definitions provisional improvement notice and qualified workplace health and safety representative commence on a day to be fixed by proclamation.
