"Mortimer Review" of DMO released - 24 September 2008

Commissioned by the Government in May, Mr David Mortimer's review of Defence Procurement and Sustainment is complete and has reported to Defence.

There are 46 recommendations in all, including a recommendation that the Defence Materiel Organisation (DMO) be established as an executive agency, to give DMO a "separate identity".
