New Queensland Unfair Dismissal Remuneration Level

The new level of remuneration for Queensland employees for the purposes of unfair dismissal laws, over which employees are excluded from making application for unfair dismissal under the State Act, is $71,200 (increased from $68,000, from 1 December 2000).
