The boom is back, and the energy and resources sector is travelling via the fast lane in Australia’s two speed economy. This sector has come out of the global financial crisis with a healthy pipeline of projects, and an increasing demand for our product. The strength of our energy and resources sector is fuelling mergers, acquisitions and restructures. However, there is also substantial new regulation which will add to costs and complexity.
