King & Wood Mallesons has acted on Billabong International Limited's ("Billabong") accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer, advising the underwriters, Goldman Sachs Australia Pty Limited and Deutsche Bank AG, Sydney Branch.
The offer is fully underwritten and will raise approximately $225 million.
The King & Wood Mallesons team was led by Partner Evie Bruce, who was assisted by Senior Associates Kelly Brown and Jonathan Grant and Solicitor Andrew Dwyer.
Evie Bruce said "This was a great experience which allowed us to work again with the underwriters, reinforcing the work that was undertaken on the last Billabong entitlement offering in 2009”.
