King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) is pleased to have advised Narellan Group Pty Ltd. and its U.S. parent company, Latham Group, Inc. on the acquisition of Freedom Pools, a fibreglass pool manufacturer and installer operating in Australia and New Zealand.
The acquisition expands Narellan’s presence in these markets and complements its existing operations.
The KWM team was led by Partner Karim Issa, supported by Senior Associate Caroline Paskevich and Solicitors Camille Seymour and Vanessa Hang.
