Emma has experience in the construction, financing and ongoing operation and maintenance of major projects. She has acted for developers, contractors and financiers and her skills include drafting, negotiating and advising on issues relating to key project documents. Emma has worked on a number of high profile transactions in the infrastructure, renewable energy and commercial development space and has advised on project structure for infrastructure delivery and assisted with both the negotiation and drafting of key project documents, with a particular focus on the D&C aspects.

- Royal Childrens Hospital: acting for Project Co on the expansion and redevelopment of the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne, Victoria.
- LaTrobe University Clinical Teaching Building: acting for Plenary in connection with the construction and property development aspects of this project for LaTrobe University.
- Hopkins Correctional Centre: acting for Project Co in connection with the Prison Infill Expansion at Hopkins Correction Centre, Victoria.
- Melton Hospital: acting Project Co on the project documents aspects of the North Melton Hospital PPP in Victoria.
- Geelong Convention and Event Centre: advising the Kinetik consortium on its bid for the Geelong Convention and Event Centre PPP.
- Parramatta Light Rail: advising Transport for NSW on Parramatta Light Rail Stage 1.
- Social Impact Investment – Victoria: acting for the State with respect to the project delivery of 4 Social Impact Investment programs in Victoria (J2SI, COMPASS, Living Learning and Side by Side).
- Overstation Developments: acting for Lendlease in connection with development and construction aspects of overstation developments at Pitt Street (NSW) and Town Hall (Victoria).
- Commercial Development: acting for Frasers, Winten, GPT, Cbus Property and Brookfield in the development of high-profile, bespoke commercial office premises in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney CBDs.
- Mixed Use Developments: acting for Fortis in connection with the development of a dual-tower mixed-use retail, residential and office development in Melbourne and Lendlease in connection with the development and construction aspects of an education precinct at University of Melbourne.
- Hazelwood: acting for ENGIE SA in connection with the demolition, containment and remediation aspects of the closure of a large coal fired power station in Victoria.
- Murra Warra Wind Farm (Stage 2): advising the developer on the preparation and negotiation of the EPC, O&M and related arrangements.
- Carwarp Energy Project: advising Canadian Solar on the development and project financing of the Carwarp Solar Farm and associated BESS.
- Wollar Solar Project: on the development of the Project in NSW, which comprised a multi-contracting delivery model.
- WAIO Renewable Power Stage 1: advising BHP on the preparation and negotiation of the project delivery documents for off-tenure wind, solar, transmission and battery projects in Western Australia.
