Adeline is a Senior Associate in the Sydney Banking and Finance practice, advising lenders and borrowers on real estate finance, social and affordable housing finance, and corporate lending. Her experience spans senior and mezzanine debt facilities, debt capital markets issuances and construction and acquisition financing.
Selected experience includes:
- Stockland – Represented Stockland in relation to its debt issuance programmes and a range of financing facilities.
- Lenders - In relation to logistics/industrial portfolios and development assets held by various funds managed by ESR.
- Centuria – Advised the syndicate and bilateral lending group in connection with the restructuring of Centuria's financing arrangements.
- Housing Australia – Represented Housing Australia in its capacity as lender in relation to the development and provision of financing products to community housing providers supporting social and affordable housing developments throughout Australia.
- Lendlease – Advised Lendlease on financing arrangements for its managed investment vehicles, LLITST, LLOITST and APPFC, together with bespoke project-level financing.
- GPT Group - As lender counsel on the refinance of various facilities in excess of A$3,400,000,000.
