- BNP Paribas and Crédit Agricole CIB: Advising on the US$410 million syndicating financing of Virgin Australia’s acquisition of 9x Boeing aircraft.
- Wiggins Island Coal Export Terminal: Acting for WICET on its ~A$2 billion project refinancing (including creditor’s scheme of arrangement).
- Big Four Bank: Advising on the financing of bus franchises operated for state governments, including sovereign credit risk mitigation eligibility.
- Export Finance Australia: Advising on all aspects of the Paris Club restructuring of its sovereign loan exposures to Sri Lanka and Cuba, including insurance claims and advice.
- Various: Advising the arrangers on three aircraft security enhanced note issuances totalling A$825 million for Qantas Airways (including two USPPs).
