Carrie has more than 15 years of banking and finance experience. Carrie’s practice is broadly based and covers property finance, corporate finance, leveraged finance and debt restructurings.
Carrie regularly advises sponsors and corporate and trust borrowers as well as Australian and international banks and non-bank lenders and security trustees.
She haas also worked in the Singapore, New York and London legal markets and has extensive experience in various secured and unsecured local and cross-border financing transactions.
