- Financial institutions, PSPs, marketplaces and statutory entities: Providing comprehensive advice in relation to the reforms to the AML/CTF Act, including assisting with Treasury and AUSTRAC engagement, drafting submissions on draft legislation and seeking exemptions from AUSTRAC.
- Global digital marketplace: Providing ongoing regulatory advice (covering the AML/CTF Act, Privacy Act, NCCP Act, Corporations Act and ASIC Act issues) in relation to all products and services offered in Australia.
- International investment funds: Advising on Australian market entry in relation to financial services.
- Major bank: Advising on financial crime regulatory issues in relation to a complex customer exit, including support with customer communications.
- ASX100 company: Advising on the risks of global offshoring arrangements in connection with National Credit Code regulated loans, including preparation of representative agreements.
