Riki is a Senior Associate in the Mallesons banking and finance team with experience in leveraged, acquisition and corporate finance.
He acts for international and domestic private equity sponsors, listed corporates and lenders (including commercial banks, investment banks and private credit funds) across a broad range of sectors and products. Riki has experience advising on complex domestic and cross-border financings, including senior bank debt, unitranches and term loan Bs.
Riki's matter highlights include:
- BGH Capital: on its debt financing for Aspen Pharmacare's Asia Pacific business (ex-China), TheirCare, Two Savage, ForHealth and other portfolio companies.
- PAG: on the financing to support CVC’s acquisition of a 45% interest in Australian Venue Co.
- Stonepeak: on its acquisition of a 75% interest in the IOR Group (IOR).
- Permira: on the refinancing of I-MED’s syndicated facilities.
- Australian Finance Group (AFG): on the establishment of its corporate syndicated facilities.
- Financial institutions: acted for domestic and offshore major banks on various corporate financings.
