Simon is a Banking & Finance Senior Associate based in our Singapore office. He has almost 10 years of experience across most areas of banking and finance. He advises on both cross-border and local financings and is experienced in corporate, leveraged, project, property, funds and trade finance. He also advises on derivatives and debt capital markets.
Simon advises financial institutions, large corporates, sponsors, government lenders, funds and private credit providers. Clients engage with Simon for his expert transaction management, problem-solving and ability to create strong relationships with transaction stakeholders.
Prior to joining Mallesons, Simon was a Senior Associate at Russell McVeagh in New Zealand. He is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.
