KWM won the award for developing a digital tool for extracting and comparing commercial terms from its clients’ financial agreements. The tool stands out for its innovative use of general-use generative AI to generate specialised legal data analysis. It provides KWM lawyers with immediate access to valuable market insights, enhancing efficiency and increasing productivity.
The firm was also shortlisted for the award for Most Innovative Law Firm in the Asia-Pacific (Headquartered in the Asia-Pacific), and was a finalist in the following categories:
