Andrew Paisley is a senior associate in the Mallesons banking and finance team, specialising in acquisition/leveraged finance and general corporate finance transactions.
Andrew acts for leading private equity sponsors, major domestic and international corporates, and a wide range of financiers including commercial banks, investment banks and private credit funds. He has experience advising on complex domestic and cross-border financings, including syndicated, mezzanine, unitranche and term loan Bs, as well as bespoke intercreditor and security trust arrangements.
Andrew worked for a number of years for major US firms and a private equity fund. He is admitted in England & Wales.

- Blackstone: $24bn acquisition of AirTrunk - the largest transaction for 2024 and the 2nd largest private capital transaction in Australian history
- Stonepeak: Acquisition of a 75% interest in the IOR Group (IOR)
- Airtrunk: $16bn sustainable financing facilities – the largest of its kind in Asia-Pacific & Japan
- Tellus: $240m corporate debt facilities
- Financial institutions: Acted for domestic and offshore major banks on various corporate financings.
