Grayson is a Senior Associate in Mallesons’ Employee Relations & Safety team, specialising in employment and workplace relations law. Her practice spans a broad set of clients across sectors including financial services (banking, investment and asset management), energy, technology, and retail and consumer.
Grayson has broad experience across litigious, transactional and advisory work.
Grayson has also worked in-house at a London hedge fund, where she supported the business on complex employment-related matters.
Grayson’s expertise includes:
- matters arising under the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), industrial instruments and State and Territory employment-related legislation;
- running employment-related matters in the Fair Work Commission and Federal jurisdictions, including unfair dismissal and general protections/adverse action claims;
- conducting complex and sensitive workplace investigations, including under the Australian Whistleblower regime;
- supporting clients through employee separations, including for senior staff and executives; and
- advising on underpayment and wage compliance matters.
