King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) has advised AtkinsRéalis Group Inc. (TSX: ATRL) on its acquisition of ADG Capital Pty Ltd, the holding company of ADG Engineers, a leading national engineering and digital consultancy.
This acquisition strengthens AtkinsRéalis’ Australian presence by adding scale and specialist civil and structural capability to its local operations. The combination broadens the multidisciplinary services available to public and private sector clients and supports continued investment and innovation across Australian infrastructure.
The KWM team was led by Mergers & Acquisitions Partner Heath Lewis, supported by Solicitors Riya Shah and Niall Gillmor, with specialist input drawing from KWM’s deep expertise in employment (Partner Ruth Rosedale and Senior Associate Darcy Harwood), banking, intellectual property and insurance.
