King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) is proud be advising Zurich Financial Services Australia (Zurich) on its proposed acquisition of 100% of the shares in ClearView Wealth Limited (ClearView) by way of scheme of arrangement.
The scheme consideration represents an equity value for ClearView of approximately A$415 million.
The transaction is subject to ClearView shareholder, Court and regulatory approvals and is expected to be implemented around the third quarter of 2026.
