When you hear the word 'agile' in a work context your first thoughts may be of hot desking, flexible working hours or working from home (or perhaps even at the beach?!).
However, while the word may be used in that sense, it is also often used in a very different sense to describe an innovative way of approaching the design, management and delivery of complex projects.
