Emma specialises in corporate governance and has a wealth of experience advising clients on climate and ESG matters. She advises on the full spectrum of governance work, sitting at the intersection of governance, climate & ESG and M&A.
Her recent work includes advising major financial services, industrials, TMT, resources, real estate and retail companies and their boards on a range of governance matters including mandatory climate reporting, implementation of the Financial Accountability Regime, equity incentive plans and shareholder engagement/activism.
She presents a session as part of Melbourne Business School’s Australian Directors Program and regularly at other forums like the AICD’s Climate Governance Forum and SCV Commercial Law Conference. She is the lead author of the firm’s annual publication on mandatory climate reporting and contributes to a range of policy and governance initiatives.
